Meet owners Ashley & Matt Medley
A Chef and a local Brewer who craved better food options while enjoying their local watering holes. Together they came up with the idea to source all North Carolina products and ingredients to create boxed small plates meant for sharing paired best with a local beverage. As a result, Dogwood Eatables was born and named for our state flower. On July 30, 2022 they made their first delivery of locally sourced cheese and charcuterie boxes to Incendiary Lewisville and have been growing the concept ever since! Always evolving, they also offer catering and to-go orders using the same locally sourced ingredients whenever possible!
